Help with photo-filters.

So I made a new image for my upcoming project as a producer. And I want the photo to look like a worn record cover sleeve. Like this:


You see on the left side where it's bendmarks and stuff? Just like that. Anybody know a good site where I can add such thing to my photos?

Thank you very much but I don't have photoshop. I was thinking if there where a site where you can just add different filters. Otherwise I better get to learn photoshop
